Monessen: Resident’s repeated accusations disputed

A Monessen resident accused the Mon Valley Independent of being “in the pocket” of city council and the mayor at this week’s meeting. Pino Cianflone has at times made a series of accusations against Monessen Mayor Ron Mozer, city Solicitor Joe Dalfonso and this newspaper over the course of the past several months.
