Savini joins Douglas Education Center celebration

Legendary make-up artist Tom Savini and Douglas Education Center owner Jeff Imbrescia were among those who attended Thursday’s celebration of the 23rd anniversary of Savini’s Special Make-Up Effects Program at the Monessen-based center. Fans, current and former students and prospective enrollees all piled in to watch a mini-documentary showcasing the progress made over the years as well as a question-and-answer segment with Savini and Imbrescia.
