Monessen eyes uses for ARP money

At Thursday’s meeting, Monessen council talked about how to best utilize its American Rescue Plan funds to benefit the city. First, council’s finance director, Councilman Tony Orzechowski moved $39,487 from the ARP fund to the general fund to support the city’s upcoming payroll disbursement.
