Donora: Temporary administrator to help with 2023 budget

A temporary borough administrator was hired Thursday in Donora. Council had discussed hiring Warren Cecconi to start the budget process, but after a special meeting to approve the hire fell through, he will now start work Monday, if not sooner. The borough has been without an administrator since June, when several resignations left the borough office vacant.
