Davis is double winner

Mon Valley voters who live in the state’s 35th Legislative District weren’t having double vision while looking at the ballot Tuesday. Democrat Austin Davis’ name appeared twice. And it wasn’t a mistake with the ballot. Once vote counts are certified, Davis, 33, will have made history when he is named the state’s first Black lieutenant-governor-elect.
