Kenny R. Cox, 61, of Elco, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Pittsburgh. Born in North Charleroi on Nov. 26, 1960, son of the late Charles and Marguerite Volosin Cox. Kenny was the steward for Allenport Rod & Gun Club. He was a member of the Roscoe Methodist Church, a lifetime member of Roscoe Volunteer Fire Co., the Allenport Rod & Gun Club, the Roscoe American Legion and the Roscoe Slovak Club. Kenny was the acting treasurer of Five Town Park and took care of the maintenance of the park. He is survived by his wife, Lorie Triebsch Cox; a son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Amanda Cox of Elco; his sister, Marcy Jo Cox of Roscoe; and four grandchildren, Doug, Austin and Natalie Coneway and Sean Lytle. Kenny was preceded in death by his two brothers, Gary and Wayne Cox. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, at MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe, where funeral services will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Frank Kennedy presiding.
