Charleroi outlasts Eden Christian to punch ticket to Highmark

Throughout the entirety of the WPIAL playoffs, eighth-seeded Charleroi has defied the odds by outworking and pouncing on higher-seeded teams. The Cougars continued to do just that on Tuesday night, as they captured a 1-0 victory over No. 4 Eden Christian to advance to the Class 1A final.
