Carroll Township: No tax increase in preliminary budget

Carroll Township supervisors are looking to hold the line on taxes in 2023. During a business meeting Tuesday, supervisors Thomas Rapp, Kenneth Hillman and Gary Lenzi unanimously approved a preliminary budget that would keep real estate taxes at their current rate.
