McKeesport, Serra Catholic bands capture state titles

It was music to the ears of folks in the McKeesport area to hear that two local high school bands captured state championship laurels over the weekend. The Tournament of Bands Pennsylvania State Marching Band Championship was held at Mansion Park in Altoona.
