Local kids grow attached to Mon Valley Youth and Teen

X’eriee Griffin, 11, volunteered Tuesday at Mon Valley Youth and Teen Association’s Kid Connection after-school program. The program hosts around 55 students from kindergarten through fourth grade, and though she’s in sixth grade now, she enjoys helping with the younger children.
