Ringgold School Board fields complaints about bullying in school, low teacher morale

A Ringgold School District parent and a high school teacher expressed concerns about understaffing and racially motivated bullying to board members during the district’s monthly meeting Wednesday.
Ringgold mother Shamirah Brown spoke to the board and expressed concern that her son experiences racial profiling and bullying in the district.
