Moore’s transfer to BVA approved by WPIAL

Belle Vernon Area’s boys basketball team officially added another weapon that will ease the loss of a couple high scorers due to graduation. Sophomore Zion Moore’s transfer from Ringgold to Belle Vernon was approved by the WPIAL Monday with full eligibility for the season and playoffs.
