Shirley Mudrick – Charleroi

Shirley Mudrick, 91, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on Sept. 26, 2022, at Mon Valley Care Center. Born on Oct. 16, 1930, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Ruth Sansom Cook. Shirley was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Charleroi and a member of Monongahela Valley Country Club O.E.S. (life member). She was an automotive bookkeeper controller for many years at Roley Pontiac & Cadillac until retiring. Surviving to cherish Shirley’s memory are her brother-in-law, Rudy (Mary Lou) Mudrick; her sister-in-law, Mildred Twardon; her dearest friends, Lillian Beattie and Dorothy Gallagher; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, George Mudrick; her sister, Doris May Logue; and her infant daughter, Sandra Mudrick. Per Shirley’s wishes all services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC. 226 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi PA 15022.
