Donora postpones council meeting

Donora council rescheduled its monthly meeting Thursday after the borough failed to post an agenda on its website. Last year, Pennsylvania updated its Sunshine Act law to require municipalities with websites to post their agendas online 24 hours ahead of a scheduled meeting.
