Monessen City Schools: His Place coffee shop hopes to partner with school district

The outreach director of His Place coffee shop spoke to the Monessen school board Tuesday about potentially partnering with the district. The church-owned cafe will celebrate its one-year anniversary Sept. 13 and has quickly become an active community player. Outreach Director Lisa Lyons illustrated how serving coffee is a small part of what the shop does.
