Angeline DiMatteo Belsar Weathers – Monessen

Angeline DiMatteo Belsar Weathers, 94, of Monessen, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, in St. Clair Hospital. She was born on Oct. 11, 1927, in Monessen, daughter of the late Joseph and Ida Pascotti DiMatteo. She was a member of Epiphany of our Lord Church and its Epiphany Ladies, a former member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court 776, St. Cajetan Christian Mothers, Catholic B.P.W., Donora AARP and Senior Center and Monessen Senior Center. She was a 1946 graduate of Monessen High School and was retired from Corning Glass, where she worked as a quality control supervisor. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Barbara Temoshenka of Rostraver Township; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Edward McCarthy of Monessen; three grandsons, Andrew “Chico” Temoshenka of Rostraver Township, Ryan Temoshenka of Rostraver Township and Brett (Kristen Walters) Semich of Monessen; great-grandchildren, Karter, Klare and Drew Temoshenka; three sisters, Della Guseman of Monessen, Jean Minnitti of Belle Vernon and June DeAngelis of Charleroi; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew Temoshenka and Albert Weathers. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, beginning in the funeral home with a blessing service at 9:30 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. Mass in Epiphany of our Lord Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum. Epiphany Ladies will hold their service at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday.
