Tom worked as a boilermaker at Clairton Works Steel Mill, retiring in 1997 with 44 years of employment. Tom loved his family, and before his declining health, he loved caring for his horses, biking almost daily for many years on the Yough River Trail, messing around his property with his backhoe and tractors, vacationing at Virginia Beach, meeting his good friends for coffee at McDonald’s and playing the slot machines at the Meadows Casino. He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Protz Repasky, with whom he celebrated 67 years of marriage on March 12, 2022; two sons and a daughter, Thomas Repasky Jr., Ricky Repasky and Paula Repasky, all of Carroll Township; three adored grandchildren, Jennifer Repasky Galloway (Wade Galloway), Jacob Repasky and Sydney Repasky (Dakota Browning); sister, Ethel Barkey of Warrendale; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Repasky, who died Sept. 1, 2011. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Amedisys Hospice for the wonderful care they provided Tom. At the request of the family, services for Tom were private. Arrangements were entrusted to FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.fryefuneralhome.com.
