International Village returns to pre-pandemic traditions

Amid pandemic restrictions and precautions, International Village was canceled in 2020 for the first time in its history.
It returned last year with COVID-19 mitigation efforts in place.
Though there are some changes and some churches/groups aren’t participating, in its 62nd year, the festival is feeling more like its old self this year.
