Joan Deutsch, 86, of Charleroi, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2022, She was born Sept. 23, 1935, in Charleroi, daughter of the late Joseph and Stella Zelinski Moashan. Joan was a homemaker, member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish and enjoyed bingo, card club, casino trips and attending family sporting events. Surviving are her children, Mark (Debra) Deutsch, Eugene (Lynda) Deutsch, Gary (Karen) Deutsch, Denise (Lee) Luckasevic, and Robert (Kelli) Deutsch; grandchildren, Leah, Kayla, Bradley, Jenny, Jacklyn, Justin, Lee, Bobby, Stephanie, Robbie, and Kalina; step-grandchildren, Sarah, Rachael, and Natalie; great-grandchildren, Cade, Julianna, Wes, Orion, Gabriel, Easton, Emersyn, Barrett, Finn, Skylar and Dalton; and sisters, Bernice, Helen and Eleanor. Deceased is her husband, Robert Deutsch; grandson, Jesse Deutsch; and siblings, Carol, Veronica, Jim and Joe. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Joseph A. Lopez, supervisor. 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew the Apostle Charleroi. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
