McKeesport neighborhoods host National Night out events

McKeesport joined communities across the nation Tuesday by celebrating National Night Out.
Dual celebrations were held in the Haler Heights neighborhood, which is located between Renziehausen Park and Long Run Road, and the Fawcett Plan. National Night Out is held annually on the first Tuesday in August. The events in McKeesport, as well as in other parts of the Mon Valley, were designed to strengthen relationships between residents, first responders from police, fire and EMS agencies, as well as local elected officials.
