Wyatt E. Lilly, 64, of Monongahela, passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 25, 2022, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. Wyatt was born in Rappahannock County, Va., on Dec. 28, 1957, son of the late Archie Lee and Dorothy May Nicholson Lilly. Following his graduation from Rappahannock High School in 1975, he served from 1976-84 in the U.S. Army. Wyatt was a member of the Iron Workers Local Union, working as a crane operator for many years. He is survived by his wife, Debra Hollis Lilly; a stepson, James Muntan Jr. of Monongahela; two daughters, Jennifer and Mary Lilly of Virginia; four sisters, Joyce Ann Elliott, Linda Fay Pomeroy, Betty May Vogl and Patsy Lee Hardman, all of Virginia; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by a son, Owen James Lily; and a daughter, Lisa Marie Lilly. At Wyatt’s request there will be no public visitation.
