Judith “Judy” “Aunt Pooder” Williams, 72, of Monongahela, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2022, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born in New Eagle on Dec. 12, 1949, daughter of the late Elmer and Mildred “Tillie” Williams. After her graduation in 1967 from Monongahela High School, Judy attended the former Pittsburgh Beauty Academy in Charleroi, where she later became one of their instructors. Judy was currently working for the SKC Corp. in Eighty Four, where she had worked for many years. Methodist by faith, she loved playing euchre with her friends and going to the casino. She is survived by a sister, Bonnie (James) DeVore of Monongahela; a brother-in-law, Bob (Nancy) Hufford of Monongahela; a nephew, Bobby Hufford of Burgettstown, whom she treated as her son; a niece, Candi (Ed) Wiercioch of Georgia; two great-nephews, Zach (Abby) Kles and Josh Kles; and a great-great-niece and great-great-nephew, Harper and Harrison Kles. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elma J. Hufford, who died Oct. 2, 2006. At Judy’s request there will be no public visitation.
