Elizabeth Township: New commissioner, K-9 officer sworn in

Three new trusted servants were sworn into duty and one official was rebuked by residents Monday in a dynamic Elizabeth Township board of commissioners meeting. Magisterial District Judge Beth Scagline Mills swore in Mark Cain as a commissioner to fill the Ward #1 vacancy left behind by former president commissioner and one-time Elizabeth Forward School District Superintendent Bart Rocco.
