Cindy M. Jay, 47, of Clarksville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday June 1, 2022. She was born in Waynesburg on May 14, 1975. She was the daughter of the late James Finley and Mildred Jay (Carman), who survives. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Melanie Jay (Richard) of Webster; and a son, Anthony Deems of Bethel Park; two grandchildren, Atlas and Delilah; siblings, Ron Jay Sr., Kim Smith and Patsy Palm; a niece, Amy Lancaster; and three nephews, Joe Smith (Trish), Ron Jay Jr., and Evan Scicchitano. There will be no public viewing and services will be private.
