SA falls short of title game berth

Second-seeded South Allegheny fell short in its comeback attempt after posting two runs in the final frame of play, as they lost to third-seeded Deer Lakes, 5-4, in a WPIAL Class 3A semifinal matchup Tuesday at West Mifflin High School.
