It’s Etched in Stone: Return of the heroic caped crusaders

In last week’s column, I reminisced over my childhood admiration for Popeye the little muscular sailor who influenced my taste for spinach.
As time passed however, my hero-worshipping tastes matured toward several caped crusaders I discovered in the 10-cent version of comic books.
