Rostraver officials OK housing development rezoning requests

Two developers who plan on bringing multi-unit housing to Rostraver Township were granted their rezoning requests Wednesday.
The Rostraver Township commissioners dispensed with their regular order of business to hold public hearings on the matter of two requests, one from Bellevue Partners, and the other from RWS Land Company (Shuster Homes). Both developers asked the township to re-zone their land on the tax map from A-1, agricultural, to R-2, suburban residential.
