Eleanor M. Dastolfo – Monessen

Eleanor M. Dastolfo, 95, of Monessen, died Friday, April 29, 2022, at Residence at Hilltop. She was born April 20, 1927, in Monessen, the daughter of the late Gaetano and Florence (DeMillion) Dastolfo. Eleanor was a lifelong resident of Monessen, a 1945 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church. She was retired from Prudential Insurance Company at its Belle Vernon office, where she worked as a clerk. Surviving are her two nieces, Anita (Joe) Covelli of Pittsburgh and Cindy (Nick) DiMascio of Virginia Beach; two nephews, LeRoy (Angela) Dastolfo of Lower Burrell and Guy Dastolfo of Youngstown, Ohio; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, LeRoy, Rudolph and Edward Dastolfo. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held Thursday, beginning with a blessing service at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Epiphany of Our Lord Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum. Condolences are accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
