Plants for sale at Monongahela Library

Monongahela Area Library is growing tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers, peas and cilantro for patrons to buy. The vegetables were planted and cared for by volunteer Deneen Young and children’s librarian Becky Dudzik. Library staff member Hannah Dudzik waters the plants, which are available for $2 each during library hours.
