Laura T. Deavers – Roscoe

Laura T. Deavers, 73, of Roscoe, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, surrounded by her family at Penn Highlands Hospital in DuBois. She was born in Charleroi on July 11, 1948, daughter of Robert E. Lytle Jr. and Josephine “Dorie” Gregg Lytle. Laura was a former president of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post No. 801 in Roscoe and a former secretary and life member of the Roscoe Sportsman’s Association. Laura is survived by her son, Robert W. Deavers of Roscoe; her daughter, Tammy (Mark Seman) Deavers of Long Branch; a grandson, Trevor Griffith; a sister, and brother-in-law; Virginia (Greg Swartz) Miller of Levittown; a brother, Curtis Lytle of Los Angeles, Calif.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Deavers. Visitation will be private. Interment will be held at Mon Valley Memorial Park.
