Evelyn M. Coughlin, 89, of Belle Vernon, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. She was born in Duquesne on Jan. 5, 1933, and is the daughter of the late Nicholas and Helen Pollock Orosz and the wife of the late Charles E. Coughlin. She was an avid bridge and bingo player, a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and a former member of St. Pius in McKeesport and St. Anne’s in Belle Vernon. She is survived by her daughters, Terrihelen (Lonnie) McClellan of San Jose, Calif., Maureen (Ryan) Wiggins of Belle Vernon, Janice (John) Koscho of Easton, Pa.; sons, Nicholas (Barbara) Coughlin of Edinboro, Pa.; Ronald (the late Michelle) Coughlin of Elizabeth; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sons, Kevin Coughlin and Charles Coughlin. Family and friends will gather at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. when services will be held in the funeral home chapel.
