Beverly Jean Lorenzo Cuthbert, 85, daughter of Nicola and Olive Beadling Lorenzo, passed away peacefully in Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg on March 21, 2022. Beverly was born and grew up in Webster. She then moved to Fellsburg, Rostraver Township, with her husband to raise their family of four children. She lived there until 2012 when a safe quality of life and health became a struggle for her. She had worked in the library at Lebanon Elementary School and then in the cafeteria at Bellmar Middle School as head cook until her retirement. Her greatest joy were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her pastimes included reading, baking, cooking for her family and friends and taking care of her flowers. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Sr.; and a son, Roy Jr. Left to cherish her in memory are three children, Amy (Fred) Flower, Calvin (Arlene) Cuthbert and Michael Cuthbert; her grandchildren, Michael (Dani Jo) Cuthbert Jr., Jacob (Liz) Cuthbert and Jason Winters; and two great-grandchildren, Declan and Easton Cuthbert. Beverly was the oldest of 10 siblings and is survived by six of them. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with Pastor Donald T. Glunt officiating. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery. Her family wishes to thank the staff on B3 and A4 at Westmoreland Manor for their committed care. A special thank you to her friend and angel, Jenna, for her loving care and kindness.
