Bearcats begin play under new leadership

It’s a new era for Bentworth baseball this spring, as Shawn Chory takes over the head coaching duties for the Bearcats.
Chory replaces Dion Jansante, who retired after 37 years in the Bentworth dugout. Chory has had a plethora of coaching experience, as he started with a 14-year stint at Albert Gallatin. He also coached Geibel Catholic and was assistant at Penn State Fayette.
The last three seasons he has been an assistant coach for Carmichaels.
