Monessen: Progress reported with tax-forgiveness program

Though they didn’t give many details, Mayor Ron Mozer and Solicitor Joseph Dalfonso said during a recent Monessen City Council meeting that progress is being made on reaching an agreement with Monessen School District about a tax-forgiveness program.
