Ken ‘Barney’ Sivek – Largo, Fla., formerly of Charleroi

Ken “Barney” Sivek passed away on March 1, 2022, at Largo Medical Center, Florida, with family by his side. He was born on March 13, 1955, son of Andrew and Evelyn Sivek, who preceded him in death. Also predeceased by his brother, Jim “Isacc” Sivek. Ken graduated from Charleroi Area High School in 1973. He really enjoyed basketball and the Steelers. He is sadly missed by his wife, Barbara Cabaday Sivek; stepson, Jim Swango of Mississippi; stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Jeff and Jennifer Swango Nelson of Pennsylvania and Chuck and Tara Swango Modlin of Florida; his brother, Mike and Maritza of Virgina; and by his niece, nephew and many cousins, Condolences may be made at Serenityfuneralhomelargo.com.
