Beverly J. Williams – Long Branch

By obits

Beverly J. Williams, 63, of Long Branch, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. A daughter of the late William and Beverly Williams Kalakewich, she was born in North Charleroi on Dec. 31, 1958. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Beverly had a love for being at the beach, enjoyed reading, word searches, puzzles and listening to Bob Seger, as well as shopping and especially getting her nails done. She retired in 2009 after 30 years at Corning Glass in Charleroi. In spite of all her setbacks, she always had a smile, joked around and persevered. She didn’t let anything “rain on her parade” and always had her “fun meter” on. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Timmy L. Williams; one son, Ty Williams of Long Branch, a sister, Linda Carson; and a brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Valerie Kalakewich, all of Charleroi; three brothers-in-law, Rick Schantz of McKees Rocks, Michael Kisiday of Bentleyville and Matthew (Tracy) Kisiday of Greensburg; and her mother-in-law, Ginny Kisiday of Long Branch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Jayne Schantz of McKees Rocks, in 2017. There will be no public visitation or services. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, is handling arrangements, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory.com. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests you do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness in Beverly’s name. The world could use some extra goodness and it would make Beverly smile. Her family would also like to thank Penn Highlands Mon Valley’s ER staff and the nurses at UPMC Presbyterian for their great care and kindness.
