Rostraver well pad zoning hearing draws large crowd

A standing-room only crowd was on hand late Wednesday to hear proposals at Rostraver Township’s Zoning Board hearing. But when information started to pour out from an Olympus Energy witness during the hearing’s main event, it was difficult for residents to digest. Without a large screen in the front of the crowd at the township municipal building, the long testimony from Hera Well Pad project manager Ryan Dailey of Civil & Environmental Consultants was only able to be seen on a board propped up for zoning hearing board members to view.
