Group struggling to finance upkeep of Charleroi Cemetery

When Stacey Wolfe took over care of the Charleroi Cemetery nearly five years ago, she would have never predicted the struggles that would come along with it. Wolfe, president of the nonprofit Charleroi Cemetery Association, has struggled to write grants to secure funding for maintenance of the grounds as well as much needed repairs, but has kept up with it best she could with support from community donations and fundraisers.
