Rostraver commissioner’s harassment case continued as Attorney General’s office takes over

The preliminary hearing for Rostraver Township Commissioner John Lorenzo, which had been scheduled for Wednesday, has been continued with no new date set at this time. Lorenzo’s defense attorney Martin Dietz said he requested the continuance of the hearing in the hopes of resolving the case without going to court. He had learned Tuesday that the state Attorney General’s office had taken over prosecution of the case.
