William C. Ruozzi – Rostraver Township

William C. Ruozzi, 73, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2022. Born in McKeesport on Nov. 10, 1948, he was the son of the late William and Enis Moia Ruozzi. Bill was an architectural engineer and was the owner and operator of Bill’s Golfland in Rostraver. He was on the board of the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority and was on the endowment committee of Rostraver Public Library. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Ruth M. Van Kirk Ruozzi; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Tina Ruozzi of Rostraver; granddaughters, Dionne J. Ruozzi and Bella Ruozzi; and sister, Susan (Jerry) Fronzaglio of Rostraver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Carl Ruozzi. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Rostraver Public Library, 700 Plaza Drive, Rostraver Township, PA 15012, rostraver@wlnonline.org.
