Pamela C. Seward – Charleroi
Pamela C. Seward, 65, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on Feb. 18, 2022, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Charleroi, on April 10, 1956, Pam is the daughter of the late Jay and Betty Huweart Hixenbaugh. An active member of the H.O.P.E. Center Church in Belle Vernon, Pam enjoyed hiking and spending time outdoors, but her true passion was animals. Along with her husband, David, she rescued and adopted numerous animals and spent her life creating a loving home for all of them. Surviving to cherish Pam’s memory are her husband, David Seward; best friend, Karen Sager; and Brad Diess, who was like a son to her. Pam was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Friends and family will be received from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., (formerly Schrock- Hogan Funeral Home), 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Marton officiating. Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery.
