Ringgold votes to make face masks optional; School board directors also addressed bullying and student discipline

There was an overflow crowd at the Ringgold School Board meeting room Wednesday. More than a dozen people addressed the board, talking about two hot-button issues within the district: Face masks and student behavior and disciplinary action, or an alleged lack thereof.
