Proposed Archer’s Law inspired by Charleroi case

When the body of 6-month-old Archer Hollis was discovered wrapped in blankets, stuffed into a plastic crate and hidden behind new drywall in his parents’ bedroom, law enforcement didn’t realize the crime code was about to let them down.
