Lexi is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Mariann Posey of Belle Vernon; and her paternal grandparents, John (Jeanie) Pfile of Charleston, S.C., and Joelle (Guy) Karelli of Charleroi. Also surviving are her aunts and uncles, Ross (Raja) Pfile, Jason (Rachel) Karelli, John David (Kate) Pfile, Ashley (Jody) Pfile, Angie Cieslinski, Jim (Karen) Posey and Michael (Tara) Posey; her cousins and friends who celebrated life with Lexi and loved her deeply, Jenna, Jake, Jacob and Morgan Posey, Carley, Christopher and baby Jesse Green, Nick Cieslinski, Shannon, Drake, Levi and Haley; and many more loving relatives and friends who are too numerous to mention. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com. Following the visitation, a blessing service will be held at 7 p.m. with the Rev. David J.
