Margaret Ruffner-Bobbs, 43, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Oct. 5, 1978, in Greensburg, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Ruffner and Linda Barlow Ruffner of Belle Vernon. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 20 years, Margaret enjoyed playing bingo and was always at her son Brandon’s events such as band, go-cart racing and baseball. She was a very dedicated mom and Brandon was #1 in her life. She is survived by her husband, Steven Bobbs — they spent 19 years together; son, Brandon Ruffner-Bobbs of Belle Vernon; sister and brother-in-law, Judi and Chris Ruffner-Biggins of Belle Vernon; and cat fur babies, Oddball and Stumpy. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Ruffner. Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Margaret Ruffner-Bobbs to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
