Helen Gibel, of Charleroi, passed away from natural causes at age 93. She was welcomed home by her beloved late parents, Ignatius and Julia Sninsky Malinsky; and her late siblings, Mary, Margaret, Anna, Beverly, Elizabeth, Mary, Irene, John and Ignatius. She is survived by her loving partner, Clyde Fichtenmeyer; her two loving daughters, Gloria Jean Marie Gibel Kranz (Royce) and Helen Jeanette Hughes (Robert); and her loving son, Joseph John Gibel; her adoring grandchildren, Royce Kranz (Kim), Valerie Grose (Dean) and Matthew Gibel; four loving great-grandchildren, Jason Grose (Kelly), Courtney Grose, Royce Kranz III (Taylor) and Nicole Kranz; as well as a lot of nieces, nephews and cousins; and her special church family and friends. Helen loved spending time with her family, volunteering her time as a Christian Mother, which she was as a lifetime member at St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Charleroi, shopping, swinging on her porch swing and watching WWF wrestling. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at Chapel of Sacred Heart Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. Arrangements have been entrusted to LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., Charleroi. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish at 1 Park Manor Road, Donora, PA 15033-1755, in support of the Christian Mothers.
