Long-time Valley spiritual figure ‘Father Igor’ dies

A spiritual leader who served the Mon Valley for nearly six decades passed away over the weekend. Archpriest Igor Soroka, known by many as “Father Igor,” served 58 years — his entire ministry — as a parish priest at St. Nicholas Church in Donora.
