Rostraver Township commissioner seeking bond-condition changes

The attorney for a Rostraver Township commissioner accused of harassing rivals via text and social media is petitioning the court for bond-condition changes. Attorney Martin Dietz is asking for Commissioner Chairman John Lorenzo to be permitted to carry out his duties as a township commissioner by participating in commissioners’ meetings. Magisterial District Judge Charles M. Christner had ordered Lorenzo to have no contact with any of the victims or witnesses in the four cases which have been filed against him. Two of the alleged victims are seated township commissioners.
