Rostraver police teaming up for ‘Santa Cop’ drive

After a year off due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Rostraver Township Police Department is bringing back its Santa Cop program for a second year. On Thursday, Rostraver police officers will be at the Walmart in Rostraver Square from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. to facilitate the gift program. During that eight hour period, shoppers will be encouraged to take an ornamental tag from the Santa Cop Christmas tree to fulfill the wishes of a child.
