Rostraver Township chairman accused of harassing rivals via text, social media

The chairman of the Rostraver Township commissioners is accused of impersonating and harassing fellow commissioners and other political rivals using “burner” phone numbers and setting up fake social media accounts.
John Joseph Lorenzo, 42, was arraigned Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner in Rostraver Township on multiple charges of harassment by communication, criminal use of a communication device, unlawful use of a computer and unlawfully intercepting electronic communications.
